Dedicated to my Grandfather, who was always a friend and someone I could go to for advice about life, and passed away peacefully last night. Rest In Peace.
I have a special announcement today, however, that I will be performing in San Francisco on April 26, 2014 @ F8 with Soulection team; Andre Powers, AbJo, and Kronika! As a long-time follower, supporter, and fan of the Soulection movement, it’s been a huge honor for me perform alongside them. You can pick up pre-sale tickets for the show here: http://on.fb.me/1m019EH
SevnthSundays are back again, and this time, I wanted to showcase something a little different then the Future R&B-themed music I usually upload. I was listening to a lot of Wave Racer and I usually have Cashmere Cat’s “Wedding Bells” EP on repeat while I’m at work, so I figured I’d devote a track that had a nice mixture of both their styles, with my own flair. I have to give a shoutout to my friend, @ChillerWhale, who showed me the original of this song when I listened to a preview of his @Complexion guest mix. The second I heard it, I knew I had to remix it. So sit back, and take a journey across space and time with me. Close your eyes and listen to the song, I promise it will be a better experience.

The second ‘R’ stands for rework
Haha, it’s time to get a little cheesy here. Dedicating this song to one of the longest lasting loves of my life, my love for Hip Hop. The original tune and the entire Resurrection album is one of my all time favourite records and No I.D. has just been an influence since the first time I heard it. Common talks about the changing state of hip hop with the lyrics in this song and I decided to bring some truth to the words by demonstrating the constantly changing instrumental styles in hip hop. I hope you like this track as much as I enjoyed making it.
Thank you for 200,000 plays on Soundcloud.

"a review from diskjockeysunited.com: Canadian producer Kyross drops this awesome Trap track while featuring Harris Cole. It has a great jungle vibe that really makes it stand out from the rest and makes it unique. Chilled yet funky, AAA is the type of track you just got to have on repeat. The gritty bassline fits perfectly with the smooth vibe of the hook pattern, and along with the jungle/bongo style drums, the track as a whole is perfection. If you like what you hear, show some love on Kyross‘ Soundcloud or Facebook. Enjoy!
^_^ tysm for the review”
